I've been working as a trainer for over 8 years in various capacities from mentoring at top facilities in Melbourne to running my own private studio where we focused on teaching our clients the key principles of effective training so that they could confidently take control of their own exercise and training.
In recent years I have focused on helping people age well so they can stay fit, healthy, mobile and strong to enjoy all the things they love to do.
I am also an amature boxer out of Bondi Boxing Club so if you want to learn the tricks of the trade we can do that too.
