The Sporting Club of Sydney is excited to announce that new world-leading Les Mills group exercise classes are now available to experience in the cycle studio.
Les Mills programs combine movement with music, with each workout developed through technical insights and rigorous testing to create world-class fitness experiences.
New and exciting cycle classes, such as The Trip, will be the perfect way to get fitter, faster.
The Trip is a fully immersive workout that takes you through digitally created worlds, using cinema and sound to elevate the energy to the next level.
The mix of live, virtual, and on-demand classes is designed to be fun, low-impact, and high-calorie burning. These classes will be available for members and guests to book via the SCOS website and app.
